How It Works

It is the order of consultation at Sunny Kay Beauty. It is the order of use of our shop to accurately grasp the needs of customers and provide customized services.

Collecting customer information

– Record the customer’s basic information (name, contact, date of birth, etc.).
– Complete a questionnaire or ask verbally to check the customer’s skin type, skin condition, allergy, etc.
– Gather information about previously received beauty service experiences or the products you are currently using.

Identify customer needs

– Ask in detail what services the customer wants or what they want to improve.
– For example, if you want a makeup service, check what style you prefer, if it’s for a specific event or purpose, etc.
– Show photos or references to help customers have a visual understanding of the style or outcome they want.

Service offers and plans

– We suggest the most appropriate service according to the customer’s needs and skin condition.
– Describe the characteristics, process, and expected outcomes of each service.
– It guides you on the time and cost of the service.

Reserve and proceed with the service

– After consultation, we will make a service reservation at the date and time the customer wants.
– We make the necessary arrangements for our customers in time for the scheduled date.

Proposed follow-up management

– After the service is over, the results are checked and the customer’s satisfaction is assessed.
– Explain how to follow up at home, or suggest an additional reservation if necessary.
– Provide the customer with information about further management or next visit.

The best eyelashes lady in the area, she’s so gentle unlike others when they pull those tape after the procedure it’s always makes me in tears, Sunny is so gentle and she use the best quality glue that my lashes still looks full after few weeks. I can tell she goes through each individual lash, checking to make sure they are secure and look great. Not only that, but she noticed my eyebrows could use a little bit of shaving (for context: I do have my eyebrows microbladed but obviously the hairs will grow out eventually). For my first appointment, she showed me a range of reference pictures to see what style of lashes I was interested in, and also helped me decide what would best suit me. I put a lot of trust in her as the professional and she truly delivered phenomenal results. Many of my coworkers and friends have complimented my lashes lately, which really makes me feel confident and beautiful. Sunny is also so accommodating to my busy schedule (as I work full time in a hospital), so I sincerely appreciate her kindness and patience with me. Communication is key, so if you have any concerns or you want a certain style of lashes, SPEAK UP! Because Sunny will most definitely do her best to tailor to your needs and if there is something she cannot do for whatever reason, she will offer alternatives.
